Users also have the ability to delete messages after they’ve been opened.

Siccura Work ensures that private business conversations remain private. The application can encrypt both voice and video calls. It also allows you to control the call log on both your company phone, and on the recipient’s phone.

Siccura Work can be used to encrypt files and documents stored on computers, hard drives, and on company mobiles. Prevent messages from being recorded with a screenshot. Once a screen shot has been taken, the administrator will be notified. You are then able to prevent this and any additional screen shots. The administrator can also select grant screenshot permission to selected individuals.

Set Expiry

This function lets you control the life span of any email, IM message, or SMS. Simply set the countdown timer, and once time has run out, your message will self-destruct. The original recipient will not be able to retrieve the data. It even works with call logs on someone else phone.

Take Back

With a single click the take back function lets you recall emails and IM messages. You can even recall messages even after they have been read. Just one click, and it’s like they never existed.

IP Control

Allow business owners to limit access to company data from selected IP addresses only. Permission will be denied, and an alert sent when a non-approved IP address is being used to attempt access of company data.

Audit Trail

Automatically keeps a record of when documents and messages are opened. The function shows when all documents are received, opened, and if permitted, shared and forwarded.

Password Protection

Protect your messages with a password. Your emails, messages and documents can only be opened with the password you create. If required, the administrator can override this function to access shared documents and messages even when they have been password protected by staff.
